Baltic Media Culture Festival will focus on the topics - new media, media art & culture, internet radio development, cultural exchange and networking in Latvia, in the Baltic Sea region and world-wide.

The festival programme consists of various events - including:

Festival Opening [Bipolar Screen]
video-screening by DMD-F5, net.art presentations, live music jam session, DJs

BIN [Baltic Interface Net]
2nd conference on cultural collaboration and network developments in the Baltic Sea region

Kongress Tanzt [Baltic Party]
audio-visual-public presentation of the idea to establish the Baltic Media Culture centre in Riga.

XU [Xchange Unlimited]
annual international new media festival "Art+CommunicationIII" and net.radio workshop

Xchange Net Radio Night - November 28
